Synopsis
Reminiscent of 70’s and 80’s detective dramas with a modern-day technology twist, Suitable For Murder takes us along on the relentless pursuit of the “role-play killers”: combining the old-school detective work of Joe Mondragon (Jackson Bostwick) with the computer skills of intrepid detective Samantha Baines (Ali Faulkner).
Samantha, more comfortable attached to her computer at the Police Intelligence Division than she is in the field with a handgun, carries unspoken guilt from her past. The unlikely partnership is formed as Officer Mondragon recovers from injuries suffered in a previous violent bust and is struggling to find his place in a world where his type of cop - the type that tests all the rules and gets results - is becoming extinct.
Joe pays a high price as he finally teaches Samantha the answer to the question… What is the best kind of killer?
